Subscription terms

1. The service

MentorTrader (mentortrader.ai) is a web application by MUNDO PRO CORP to log, analyse and practise trading. To use it you need an account (email and password) and to be of legal age.

2. Price and payment

The subscription costs 20 USDT per month or 180 USDT per year. It is paid inside the app in USDT (Tether), by internal transfer from Bitunix or over the Tron network (TRC-20) from any wallet. Access is switched on once the payment is confirmed. Payments sent over a network other than the one indicated cannot be recovered.

3. No automatic renewal

Each payment covers a fixed period (one month or one year) starting when it is activated. There are no automatic charges: when the period ends, you can add another from Plans. If you don't, the account switches to read-only access to your history until you pay again.

4. Refunds

Paid periods are not refunded, except in case of a billing error or a service failure attributable to us that prevents continued use. Write to traderpro@jaumelopo.com and we will review it.

5. Your exchange and your data

You connect your exchange with a read-only API key; MentorTrader cannot trade or withdraw funds. You can disconnect it whenever you want. Data delivered by the exchange is shown as is; its accuracy and availability depend on the exchange.

6. Fair use

One account is for one person. Sharing it, reselling access, extracting other users' data or using the board for advertising, deception or harassment is not allowed. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. What MentorTrader is not

MentorTrader, including Mentor AI, is a logging, analysis and education tool. It is not financial advice or an investment recommendation. Trading carries a high risk of loss; every decision is yours.

8. Changes to the service

We improve the app often. If we remove a relevant feature or change the price, we give notice in advance; periods already paid are honoured at the price paid.
