2. Purpose

MentorTrader is a logging, analysis and education tool for traders: it syncs trades from the user's exchange, organises and analyses them, and offers practice (backtesting), community and an educational assistant. Accessing and using it implies acceptance of this notice, the privacy policy and the subscription terms.

3. Intellectual property

The contents of the site and the application (texts, logos, design, code, images) belong to MUNDO PRO CORP or are used with permission. Reproduction without consent is forbidden. Charts in the backtesting feature are displayed with the TradingView library under licence.

4. Liability and risk

MentorTrader's content and features are informational and educational and do not constitute financial advice or an investment recommendation. Trading carries a high risk of loss; every user is responsible for their own decisions. Data synced from exchanges is shown as delivered by their API; MentorTrader does not guarantee its accuracy or availability at all times.

5. Links and third parties

The site may include links to third-party platforms (exchanges, YouTube, Telegram). MentorTrader does not control those services and is not responsible for their content. If you register with an exchange through a referral link, the owner may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts under the applicable regulations.
