1. Controller

2. What data we process

• Account: email address, nickname (alias) and, if you upload one, a profile photo.
• Trading: the trades, fees and funding delivered by your exchange's API (Bitunix, WEEX) and your account identifier (UID) there. The API key you connect is read-only, travels encrypted to the server and is stored encrypted; it does not stay in your browser.
• What you write: journal notes, images you attach, strategies and rules, backtesting sessions, posts and replies on the board, and the questions you ask Mentor AI.
• Payments: the amount, date and reference of your USDT payments. We do not store card or bank account details.
• Technical: access and error logs needed to keep the service working and secure.

3. Why

To provide the service (sync, organise and analyse your trading; keep your notes; manage your subscription), for the League and the Community (only with your nickname and volume, never your real name or amounts, and only if you choose to be shown), to support you and to keep the service secure. Mentor AI questions are processed with artificial-intelligence providers under contract, solely to answer you.

4. Who sees your data

Only you see your trades and notes. The League shows your nickname, rank and volume; you can hide yourself from Privacy. The board shows what you post. We do not sell data to third parties. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and database, transactional email, artificial intelligence) that process data following our instructions.

5. For how long

While you keep your account. If you close it, we delete your personal data and your trading, except what we must keep by law (for example, payment records).

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, export your trades (CSV) and request the closure and deletion of your account by writing to traderpro@jaumelopo.com. You can also disconnect your exchange at any time from the app, which removes the API key.

7. Cookies and local storage

The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The application keeps in your browser (local storage) what it needs to hold your session and preferences (language, filters, theme). There are no third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, the date above is updated and, if the change matters, we let you know in the app.
